White Bluff Elementary School

Maxwell Roofing completed a full reroof and exterior metal panel upgrade for White Bluff Elementary, delivering a durable, long-term solution while keeping the school fully operational. The team removed aging roofing materials, installed a new EPDM system, an upgraded metal wall, and curved fascia panels to improve both performance and appearance. 

Because work took place during the school year, every phase required careful planning, daily coordination, and strict safety protocols. The goal was simple: protect students and staff while completing the project efficiently and with minimal disruption. Asbestos Abatement: Careful Coordination and Agile Planning 

One of the most unique aspects of this project involved overnight asbestos abatement. A third-party partner handled removal at night, and Maxwell’s crew overlapped each shift to begin dry-in immediately. The team monitored weather conditions late into the evening for several weeks to ensure the building was never exposed. Once reroofing began, close coordination with school leadership helped plan around parent pick-up times, testing schedules, and daily campus activity. By taping off work zones and communicating constantly, Maxwell delivered a safe, seamless project on an active school site.
