209 Broadway
Project Summary:
Maxwell Roofing completed a new roof installation for a five-story building in the heart of Nashville’s Lower Broadway district. With 8,000 square feet to cover, the project required a strategic approach to overcome several unique challenges.
Most notably, Maxwell had to determine how to safely get all the materials to the roof in one of downtown’s busiest areas. Because Lower Broadway stays active well past midnight, Maxwell built the plan around off-hours work. Working alongside CRS Distribution and Clark Crane, two just-in-time delivery trucks were staged offsite and dispatched at 2:30 a.m., minimizing disruption to businesses, pedestrians, and traffic. (We’re grateful for the strong partnership and coordination that enabled a seamless material transfer from street to roof.)
This project highlights Maxwell’s ability to lead with careful planning, creative logistics, and strong partner coordination to successfully execute complex commercial roofing projects—no matter the environment.
